This Privacy Policy explains how SC Computer XXI SRL collects, uses, stores, protects and shares data when users access or use the ProStock2Mobile mobile application and related web/API services hosted under softxxi.go.ro/prostock2mobile.

2. Data we collect
Depending on how the application is used, ProStock2Mobile may collect and process the following data:
- Account data: email address, phone number, display name, password hash, account validation status and authentication tokens.
- Business data entered or accessed in the app: assigned routes, clients/partners, products/articles, order dates, order quantities, return quantities, prices and order status.
- Operational and security data: login attempts, password reset requests, operation logs, server timestamps, IP address and technical request data needed to secure and operate the service.
- Device/network data: basic technical data transmitted by the device when communicating with the API, such as IP address, user agent and connection metadata.
The app does not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs, photos, camera, microphone, health data, advertising identifiers or payment card data.
3. How we use data
We use the data listed above only for app and service functionality, including:
- creating, validating and authenticating user accounts;
- showing assigned routes, clients and products to authorized users;
- creating, updating, viewing and deleting orders and order lines, including return quantities;
- protecting accounts and preventing unauthorized access;
- maintaining audit logs for business operations and troubleshooting;
- complying with legal, accounting, contractual and security obligations.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal or sensitive user data. Data may be shared only in the following limited cases:
- with hosting, database, infrastructure or technical service providers that help us operate ProStock2Mobile;
- with the organization or business customer that authorized the user to use the application, where the data is required for order and route operations;
- with public authorities, courts or regulators when required by applicable law;
- with professional advisers or service providers when necessary for legal, security or accounting purposes.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect user data. Communication with the service should be performed over HTTPS. Authentication uses secure credentials and tokens. Access to order and route data is restricted to authorized users. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely risk-free, but we work to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep account, order, return and operational data only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual obligations, maintain business records, resolve disputes, protect the service and comply with applicable law. Some business records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or audit purposes.
Users may request account deletion and deletion or anonymization of associated personal data by contacting office@softxxi.ro. The request should be sent from the email address associated with the account or include enough information to verify the requester. When an account deletion request is approved, we delete or anonymize the account and associated personal data unless retention is required by law, security, accounting or legitimate business record obligations.
7. User rights

8. Children
ProStock2Mobile is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years old. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the service, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
9. International transfers
Data may be stored or processed in Romania, the European Union or other locations where our service providers operate. When data is transferred, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection laws.
10. Third-party SDKs and services
The mobile application may rely on standard platform services and software libraries required for networking, secure authentication and local app functionality. If third-party services are added in the future, this policy and the Google Play Data safety information will be updated to reflect their data practices.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of ProStock2Mobile after updates means the user has access to the revised policy.
